Conecmi provides virtual environments for remote and distributed teams. Conecmi was designed to help remote employees feel engaged and connected with their co-workers while still providing users with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Challenges with remote work
With remote work on the rise during the pandemic, businesses were looking for ways to keep their employees engaged. For some slack and zoom calls weren’t enough which led to people feeling disconnected from their respective teams.
On top of the distance that was being created physically and emotionally employees were struggling with multiple issues. They found themselves having to manage multiple products to stay connected with their coworkers, video and zoom fatigue left people feeling tired throughout the day, communication became harder, and people began overworking as the lines between work and home became blurred.
Managers feared that it would be difficult for them to retain top talent, felt communication would begin to suffer, and believed employees would become too distracted while working remotely.
Our features
To help users feel more engaged at work and empower users to feel connected to their teams once again we built a platform that emphasized spontaneous collaboration and human connection.
Our virtual environments were designed with the idea of collaboration in mind. We provided users with visually engaging maps with the ability to customize their spaces in a way that best worked for their respective teams. Each account gave users the ability to communicate spontaneously through video or chat, and allowed users to host conferences, workshops, and virtual meetings. Each space required users to be invited allowing teams to feel safe and secure.
